Greater Manchester recruitment firm named as Company to Inspire Britain
Altrincham-based recruitment company Armstrong Craven has been named one of the London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain.
Backed by private equity firm Livingbridge, the business works with multinational organisations in the UK and internationally, providing them with a range of talent mapping, pipelining and insight services.
Key sectors for Armstrong Craven include healthcare and life sciences, technology, consumer, industrials and financial and professional services.
Tom Mason, CEO at Armstrong Craven, said: “I am delighted that Armstrong Craven has been recognised in such a prestigious report.
“We continue to see significant growth in all of our sectors and have set our sights on becoming the global leader in providing the talent mapping, pipelining and insight services which enable our clients to take a more strategic approach to talent acquisition.
“We anticipate further recruitment across our own business as well as additional office openings as we cement our international footprint.”
In 2013, the company completed a management buyout backed by Livingbridge, and has since achieved high levels of growth. Since 2014 the firm has seen annual growth in excess of 45 per cent.
This has been supported by Armstrong Craven’s international expansion, with new offices opened in Singapore and, most recently, Geneva, as the company looks to satisfy a growing demand for its global services.
Nick Holder at Livingbridge, said: “Armstrong Craven has demonstrated outstanding levels of growth since our investment, expanding its advisory services across new international markets.
“It is an inspiration to many SMEs looking to grow its horizons and develop a sustainable growth strategy, and we’re looking forward to supporting the business as it continues to expand.”
